Brew time: 2-3 min

  1. Place 150-200g of ice in your flask
  2. Set your dripper on top
  3. Rinse your filter with hot water and discard
  4. Add 20g of ground coffee to the filter
  5. First pour — bloom with 40ml, wait 30 seconds
  6. Second pour — 50ml in slow steady circles
  7. Third pour — 50ml in slow steady circles
  8. Fourth pour — remaining water in slow steady circles
  9. Let it drip fully onto the ice
  10. Stir gently and serve immediately

Water: 300ml, RATIO: 1:15

Temperature: 90-93°C

Grind: Medium-fine

Brew time: 2-3 min

  1. Rinse your filter with hot water and discard
  2. Add 20g of ground coffee to the filter
  3. First pour — bloom with 40ml, wait 30 seconds
  4. Second pour — 80ml in slow steady circles
  5. Third pour — 90ml in slow steady circles
  6. Fourth pour — remaining 90ml in slow steady circles
  7. Let it fully drip through
  8. Enjoy immediately
