Brew time: 2-3 min
- Place 150-200g of ice in your flask
- Set your dripper on top
- Rinse your filter with hot water and discard
- Add 20g of ground coffee to the filter
- First pour — bloom with 40ml, wait 30 seconds
- Second pour — 50ml in slow steady circles
- Third pour — 50ml in slow steady circles
- Fourth pour — remaining water in slow steady circles
- Let it drip fully onto the ice
- Stir gently and serve immediately

Temperature: 90-93°C
Grind: Medium-fine
Brew time: 2-3 min
- Rinse your filter with hot water and discard
- Add 20g of ground coffee to the filter
- First pour — bloom with 40ml, wait 30 seconds
- Second pour — 80ml in slow steady circles
- Third pour — 90ml in slow steady circles
- Fourth pour — remaining 90ml in slow steady circles
- Let it fully drip through
- Enjoy immediately
