Return & Refund Policy

At Beluga Roastery, we are committed to providing you with the highest quality specialty coffee. Because coffee is a perishable food item, we have specific guidelines for returns and refunds to ensure health, safety, and freshness.

Roasted Coffee Beans Since coffee is a perishable product, we do not accept returns on roasted coffee beans. However, we want you to be completely satisfied with your Beluga experience. If your order is defective, damaged in transit, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will evaluate the issue and gladly send a replacement or issue a refund.

Non-Coffee Items (Merchandise & Brewing Gear) If you purchased non-perishable items (such as brewing equipment or merchandise), we have a 14-day return policy. The item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.

How to Return an Item (Based on Where You Bought It):

Since Beluga Roastery does not operate a physical retail storefront, the return process depends on where you made your purchase:

  • Online Purchases (belugaroasters.myshopify.com): To start a return for an online order, please contact us at info@Belugaroasters.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with specific shipping instructions on how to send the package back to our fulfillment center via courier. (Note: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part).

  • In-Store Purchases (Partner Cafes & Shops): If you purchased Beluga products from one of our partner cafes or retail locations, please return the item directly to the store where you bought it. These returns are subject to the specific return and refund policies of that retailer.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on perishable goods (like coffee beans), custom products, sale items, or gift cards.

Refunds (For Online Orders) We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your eligible return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@Belugaroasters.com.
